Hebrew is the official language of Israel. It is a northwest Semitic language in the Afroasiatic family. It was spoken natively by the Israelites and remained in use until about 200 CE. Eliezer Ben-Yehuda revived it as a spoken language in the 19th century. It is the only successful large-scale example of a language revival. Enjoy our Hebrew ulpan!

Teaching Method

The learning process combines written and oral practice with explanations and guidance from an experienced teacher.
Throughout the course, role-playing activities and a variety of learning materials are used, including workbooks, a vocabulary notebook, writing supplies, a document folder, books, and a dictionary.
